These Terms & Conditions govern the accommodation services provided by Aytaç İnşaat Ticaret Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi under the Aim Bozcaada brand and the use of this website. By making a reservation you accept the terms below.

2. Reservation

A contract is formed when your reservation request is confirmed by us in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

3. Rates and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, published rates are per room per night and include taxes. Rates vary by season, occupancy and length of stay; the rate applicable is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Depending on the terms of your reservation, payment may be required in advance, as a deposit, or on arrival.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00 on the day of arrival
• Check-out: by 11:00 on the day of departure

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible subject to availability and an additional charge.

5. Cancellation, Amendment and Refunds

Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the booking channel and the rate selected; the applicable conditions are stated in your booking confirmation. For bookings made through online travel agencies, that platform's conditions apply.

Right of withdrawal: Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services to be provided on a specific date or period. Cancellation and refund requests are therefore assessed under the rate conditions of your reservation.

6. No-show and Early Departure

If you do not arrive on the reserved date, all or part of the accommodation fee may be charged in accordance with the rate conditions. Depending on the rate selected, no refund may be made for unused nights in the event of early departure.

7. Identity Registration

Under Turkish Identity Notification Law No. 1774, all guests must present an identity document. Accommodation cannot be provided without it. Identity details are reported to the competent law enforcement authorities as required by law.

8. House Rules

• Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas.
• Pets are welcome; please inform us at the time of booking.
• Please avoid noise that may disturb other guests after 23:00.
• Damage caused to hotel property is charged to the responsible guest.
• Guests not declared in the reservation may not stay in the room without prior notice.

9. Liability

We cannot be held liable for valuables left in rooms or public areas that have not been deposited at reception. Our liability is determined under the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations relating to accommodation businesses.

10. Force Majeure

Events beyond the parties' control — natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, decisions of public authorities and interruption of transport — constitute force majeure, and neither party is liable for non-performance in such cases.

11. Use of the Website

All intellectual property rights in the text, images and design elements on this site belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests qualifying as consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Çanakkale have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page; existing reservations remain subject to the terms in force at the time of booking.
